SEND Plan on a Page
I am pleased to attach our new SEND Plan on a Page, which explains how we identify barriers to learning for our children.
This document explains the support we put in place for the children, their parents and carers and our school staff. It also outlines some of the ways in which we are trying to improve communication with families during lengthy waiting times for assessments and further involvements.
If you ever need to chat, I am available on either the front gate or rear gate each day. You are also welcome to contact me by email or telephone or arrange a face-to-face appointment with me to discuss your child’s needs.
