Below are links to our Important Information for New Parents 2024-2025, the presentation shared with EYFS parents at the meeting on 25th June, plus the HSA and PPG forms that need to be completed and returned to school by Friday 12th July 2024. Pack 1 - issue date 21st May 2024:
Below are links to the welcome letter and PIR which was emailed to parents of new EYFS (Reception) children on 21st May.
We would be grateful if you could complete the slip on the letter and the PIR (personal information record) and return these to us by Thursday 6th June, along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport. You can either post these to the school, arrange to drop them off, or email them to us (a3368@telford.gov.uk). Should you need any assistance in the completion of the slip/form, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01952 386870.
There will be an information meeting for parents/carers at 4:00pm on Tuesday 25th June, and your child will have two transition visits on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd July. Please note, we have split the children into 2 groups for transition (group 1 - parental surname A-L, group 2 - parental surname M-Z) so please refer to the letter emailed to you which indicates the days and times your child should attend. If you need clarification, please give the school office a ring on 01952 386870.
