Update on Y6 Arthog Refunds - please read the important information below:

If you didn't collect your Arthog refund on 16th November, please follow the same procedure below on Monday 23rd November:

  • Arthog refunds will be issued on Monday 16th November from 2:45pm-3:00pm.
  • Each parent/carer should enter the school site as normal and go to the staff car park area on the left by the crossing and queue (at a distance!) to see Mrs Swinney at the far end. 
  • Once you have received your refund, please leave via the wooden gate by Y6 and collect your child as normal.
  • If you sent in your deposit before August 2020 you will receive a school cheque which you will need to bank. 
  • If you sent in your deposit or second payment from September 2020 you will receive your original payment back.  Please can you sign the slip Mrs Swinney will pass to you to acknowledge receipt and give that back to Mrs Swinney – please bring your own pen!
  • Some families may have 2 envelopes as they have made 2 payments (one before August and one since).
  • All refunds will be given back to the adult collecting children on Monday.  If anyone is absent we will keep the refund safe and contact you once the child returns to school.
  • Please wear a face covering when coming onto site, including dropping off/collecting children. Please keep a safe distance from each other and staff and keep to the one way system/keep moving! Please ensure children are walking with you at all times. Thank you.
