Today (Tues 5/1/21) we had 58 children in the building. We are expecting this to rise to potentially nearer the hundred mark based on emails we have received.

With this number of children I believe that we can remain Covid secure and go back to one drop off and pick up for all year groups, rather than a staggered start.

This means that from tomorrow (Weds 6/1/21) the gates will open for ALL children at 8.45am. Please do not arrive before this as you will have to queue (at a 2m distance) as the gates will not be open. The gates will be locked at 9am. This gives you a 15 minute window to get into school. Please ensure that you are here BEFORE 9am as any late arrivals may be refused entry. The gates will open in the afternoon at 3pm for all children to be collected at this time.

There is still the requirement for the children to be walked round to their class by an adult. You are very good at following this procedure. In fact it’s become quite normal now!
